"This is a cozy cottage with beautiful sunset views right out the back door over an expansive estuary. And it's a short 3-4 minute walk to the Wells town beach. Plus, it's only about 10-minute drive to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. The cottage is well-equipped and was impeccably clean and fresh smelling. The one downside is that this is a very small cottage with comfortable, but cramped sleeping quarters. The one bathroom has a very small shower stall, and an incredibly tiny, very low sink that's...

"Nicole is a super host (pun intended). We didn’t meet in person, but she was welcoming, attentive, and kind. The cottage was clean, quiet, and well-apportioned. Extras were provided and were much appreciated. Hot water and a working furnace were so appreciated. The cottage is close to everything and truly steps away from Long Sands Beach. I recommend this cottage and staying in October. Very cozy. "
