"I stayed in the main lodge in Sept. The Cove is brand new and beautiful. I miss the Lodge but the cove has everything but the charming lobby with the Fire place"

"Family friendly. Yes, it could use a remodel, but then the prices wouldn’t remain the lowest in the Port. The pool and outdoor bar is fantastic in the summer. The outdoor hot tub is great anytime."

"Entry to front door and room was key less which was nice. Room was nice and very clean. Communication with host was rapid and pleasant. Only wish was that there be a coffee machine in the common area. Would recommend to others"

"The service was not top notch for the price. Family pool was too small. Spa lacked a sauna and steam and had a small waiting area. We liked the overall ambiance, charming main lobby and outdoor shower in the room. The room overall was good. But other than the person at checkout who was great, we did not feel the other service people were excited to have us there. "

"The staff at the 1802 Inn were welcoming and made us feel comfortable upon arrival. The inn was quaint, decorated for autumn, perfect for an October visit. Joanna and Lars were sociable and never hesitated to sit and chat with my husband and me. This inn does feel like home. "

"This hotel is located in a beautiful and elegant neighborhood of town. This property is first class and the management is excellent. "

"When you open the front door you feel right at home. The property layout gives you space and connection and everything you need is there. We cooked our favorite holiday meals in the well appointed kitchen. The landscape and the natural setting of deer and ducks, beautiful sunrises at such a peaceful time of year was a gift. A special place to slow down and enjoy the gift of time. "
