"House is clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything we need. Water pressure and temperature in all bathroom are perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The heater in ground floor got very loud noise after few hours central heating been turn on. Need to turn up the heating,(e.g. from 0 to 2, from 2 to 3)to stop the noise. There were high pitch "beeps" from ground floor which woke everyone in house at 3am and 3:30am on the first night. Sounds like the smoke detector but we were not sure. However,...

"I’m a single gal so I need a safe place. This sweet little nest checked ALL of the boxes! Super adorable little flat. Clean as can be. The place is perfectly situated close to downtown Kendal and all transport. The fireplace was so much fun at night. So I am giving this place 6 stars!!!"

"What a fabulous stay we have had, can’t recommend it enough. Extremely comfortable, well equipped and chic. We loved the quirky notes placed around the house with useful tips and info. The house is within easy walking distance of the town and we thought it a great base to tour The Lakes. The owners also were very helpful in providing information before and during our stay."
