"Easy check in and out. Communication with host was good, But I wish I knew there was a sunken den or living space in the middle of the house. Not so great for elderly or very small children. The automatic lights sensors need improvements. The bathroom and kitchen do not stay on long enough. Leaves you in the dark while in shower. To cook a meal or wash dishes was a challenge. There should be an override switch for these rooms. We did enjoy the outdoors "

"Property has a hidden thermostat and they left us to wake up with no heat on the living areas of the house. We had no choice but to leave a day early with the temperature in the low twenties. She informed us after we were 200 miles away that her brother had reset the thermostat. Very irresponsible owner. Then offered no refund and charged us for a plumbing issue that was theirs or a prior occupants."

"The property we originally booked (which is the one listed), had some renovation issues, so the property manager booked us with another property they had nearby. They were really helpful and available to communicate with. The property we used was in a great neighborhood and convenient to shopping. The house was clean as well as the backyard. We had a great time. It fit our needs. We will book with this property management team again. "
