"With a great kitchen, dining room, two separate living rooms and four bedrooms, this place has plenty of room for a group of 4 to 6 people. The sauna in the yard worked great and small fire pit had seats for four. My only tip would be to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, because it is on route 9. Itā€™s not a very busy road, but you will hear cars on and off all day and night."

" A very nice Farm House on the Lake, six of us have stayed at this location many times. My only wish would be a larger TV in the living room for the evenings when the day is done.Other than that 5 Stars~ TY ~"

"What a great, historical building, complete with the old school bell! Lovely, quiet setting with front and back porches. Spacious rooms. Loved the sun room. Loved watching the birds, deer, and chipmunks in the backyard, overlooking the stream and meadow. Perfect property for the full ADK experience!"

"We stayed at the Arnold family home for a few days to hike in the Adirondacksā€™ fall foliage. The house was beautiful! The perfect location, not too far of a drive from any of our hikes (three brother and Phelps). The layout of the home was perfect for our family of mixed ages (50all the way down to 3 months). We hope to visit again next year! Perhaps a bit longer to get to enjoy the peaceful property around the home."

"Overall a very nice space, comfortable and clean. I would stay there again. Only complaint was being accused of having a pet there because the cleaning person found a shirt with hair on it. I was sent an invoice immediately for an extra cleaning fee without even asking first. We were a work crew in the area only staying there to eat and sleep, definitely no space for pets. We did get this cleared up and they said I didn't have to pay the fee."
