"It was a small apartment in the upstairs of an old house. Very charming! It had a small kitchen for making your own meals, as well as living room with comfy couch & chair and TV. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The hostess was very friendly and easy to comunicate with. Would be beautiful in the summer as it has a backyard garden! Host runs a garden store beside the house. Lots of plants for purchase as well as garden ornaments. A wonderful place to visit! "

"We were in town for the Senior Broomball Provincial tournament. We opted to rent this lovely, nicely decorated VRBO. Theaccommodations were great, exactly what we needed and the location was perfect, close to the arena and within walking distance to restaurants between games."

"I stayed here a week with spouse, two friends, and two dogs for a bit of a "workation" leading up to a friend's wedding. We were really happy to find a listing that was truly pet-friendly i.e. not restricted to only one pet, not restricted by size, so thank you to the owners for that! "We had a lovely time at this cottage. It was very clean, all the kitchen things you need are provided, and it's right on the lake. The decks and dock were great spots to spend a weekend, and the bbq came in handy. It's close to a town too if you forget anything. Some downsides to note: There was a large tv, but unfortunately the wifi didn't really work, so keep that in mind if that's an important part of your stay. "This was the most affordable option in Peterborough on a weekend on Expedia, and its exactly what you'd expect to pay for. Some noise upstairs on the 3rd floor, but tbh I don't care. Some reviews mention no fridge, but I have a mini fridge in my room. A nice place to rest my head for 1 night for a work trip. 10/10 happy about my experience, because I'm not a brat who expects a perfect score from the most affordable option. Thanks Motel 6 :) "
