"I found it very complicated to get into the house. The coffee maker didn't work and there were no mugs for coffee. I had to borrow a coffee maker and mugs from my daughter. There was no plug for the bathtub and no safety bar for the shower. I did purchase a plug and left it on the side of the tub for future visitors. One last thing was the number of stairs to get to the unit. It was great to have a washing machine even though I didn't use it.There was no plug "
