"With a great kitchen, dining room, two separate living rooms and four bedrooms, this place has plenty of room for a group of 4 to 6 people. The sauna in the yard worked great and small fire pit had seats for four. My only tip would be to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, because it is on route 9. It’s not a very busy road, but you will hear cars on and off all day and night."

"What a great, historical building, complete with the old school bell! Lovely, quiet setting with front and back porches. Spacious rooms. Loved the sun room. Loved watching the birds, deer, and chipmunks in the backyard, overlooking the stream and meadow. Perfect property for the full ADK experience!"

"We stayed at the Arnold family home for a few days to hike in the Adirondacks’ fall foliage. The house was beautiful! The perfect location, not too far of a drive from any of our hikes (three brother and Phelps). The layout of the home was perfect for our family of mixed ages (50all the way down to 3 months). We hope to visit again next year! Perhaps a bit longer to get to enjoy the peaceful property around the home."

"• No response from host when contacted. • No msg from host about keys, rules or wifi information. "I traveled solo was a great place to stay. The studio apartment was perfect for me. enjoyed the swings and fire pit outside was nice place to relax and read . Town is walkable distance and there's a grocery store right across the way . check in at other location was easy and gentleman was helpful and polite."
