"The room was clean and quiet. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water. I had to change rooms because the refrigerator didn't have a freezer compartment in it for my ice packs. The lady at the office was very helpful in finding me one that did. I was a little put off because you check in/out through a window in the office door instead of walking up to a counter.
