"This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"While the room itself was in good condition and the host was responsive when I arrived (2 guests) there was only one towel awkwardly hanging in the closet that was soiled and the only additional towel was in the shared kitchen cabinet (still only 1 towel) additional guests left dishes around in kitchen that smelled and upstairs neighbors had a extremely loud party that lasted until 8am!"

"Listing should note stairs. Lots of stairs. Entry of property would feel nicer if porch was clean and newspapers were not strewn about and mail boxes not spilling over and out of their boxes on the ground. This gives the effect it is a vacant building. Key situation was fine. Although, not being given the WI-FI was a bummer the first night and day. The apartment inside was everything mentioned in listing. Comfortable and clean. The heater works great. Overall, 5 stars for inside. "

"Rental was ok, was only there only to sleep as we planned to go into the city. Had to get more bedding because the sheets were a little dirty. The check in process was a little challenging as we didn’t hear from the host until after I reached out to VRBO support. Only received a code to enter the property. We didn't receive a check-in procedure or a check-out procedure so we were unsure about the process when arriving or leaving the rental the first and last day. "

"The place just like the description. The rooms are spacious and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living area is big enough. With all the furniture and utilities just felt like a home. The only concern is the area. It is a busy road with all emergency vehicles moving around all the time. But it didn’t distrub our sleep. I would recommend anyway looking for stay in newark so they communicate to NY and other important attractions."

"Amazing stay here in Bayonne .host was able to respond to all questions and concerns within minutes. The bathroom size and studio size was the best part about our stay. We truly enjoyed being here and will definitely recommend the host was very friendly. The studio was clean. And the space was ultimately amazing. Especially for allowing 2 nineteen year olds to stay and enjoy time together. This is definitely a great experience and stay."

"The place was beautiful, clean and cozy. The neighborhood while being rated "dangerous" was quiet and calm. We were suprised by the neighborhood at first, but never had any issues. Check-in was easy, but it is a keyed entry and the key had a mind of its own so it took us a couple minutes to get in. It was a tight entry through two doors and immediately downstairs into the basement, but once there it was very spacious and enjoyable for the whole family. I would stay again."
