"We had a great day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived just before midnight. They assisted us in finding parking even though no stalls were available. They even offered us water when we were thirsty after a long trip. We’ll definitely stay here again. Very close to the waterfront, tons of shops and a beautiful walk."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very convenient. Easy walking distance to multiple grocery stores and restaurants and a small sandy beach in Kailua-Kona. Nice pool, free morning coffee. The free water statiom to refill our water bottles was super handy as well. There are free bikes to rent which we werent able tk take advantage of. Our cards kept on getting demagentized daily which was a pain but they easily gave us new ones. As for the room it was pretty basic but clean. We stayed a week and they cleaned it 2x but they cleaners asked ua when we passed by if we needed anything in between. Would definitely recommend as an affordable place to stay. "

"It’s a large resort but everything feels small. Very pretty property & food on the premises is super! Gym was more than adequate and having a beach on the premises was a big plus in Hawaii. We would go back! "

"My favorite place to stay in kona, great food at the restaurant, nice view depending on if you get ocean view. Quiet place to stay. They have an adult pool and another pool with a water slide, ridiculously fun! 2 hot tubs and a kiddie/ shallow "beach" sand pool"

"This place is a real gem! Private deck overlooking the sea where whales are jumping, the waves crash into the pool and the landscaping is breathtaking. the pool is warm the closet hid a bed and there were tvs in the master bedroom and the living/dining room area. the dishwasher was dirty inside and some of the plates were not cleaned well but the views and quiet and ease of access to downtown and sight seeing was worth a few seconds of dish scrubbing. What a pleasure to stay in such a nice place with a full kitchen! "
