"My initial booking with hotels.com for another hotel was cancelled. Only when I got to Patong I realized this. Went online again & found this condominium. Booked it & made our way there. It was 7pm when we arrived & only security was available to receive us. After numerous attempts of trying to get hold of the owner/manager he finally allowed is in. The place was dusty the bathroom dirty. This was clearly a long stay apartment type building. We had to stop at 7 11 for toiletpaper on our way...

"The place was dirty (stained sheets, dirty refrigerator, etc.) with few of the necessities (no soap, no blankets, toilet paper, etc). There was nobody stationed at the reception desk. It looked vacated - did not see other guests or employees. The air conditioner did not work and the place smelled moldy. We left a day early because it was miserable and my family would disagree with the 3 star rating of this hotel."
