"The room is very spacious. Our son traveled with us and was surprised to see another room with a king size bed on what we thought was a closet. The fridge is big enough to accommodate our daily groceries. Never expected to see a mini-kitchen in the room. Will definitely use this place again."

"Check in/out was fully self handled but perfectly smooth. There was a kitchenette but it was very hard to actually wash the dishes due to no soap, scrubber, place to dry them, or gunk trap in the sink drain. The shower is set up to dry laundry which works excellently"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. It is one or two blocks to the bus stop, but is convenient to walk to Pontocho and shopping as well as Gion across the Kamo River. The Fresco grocery store was next door. The room had a nice kitchen and a spacious table for dining. The room was very large and even had a set of bunk beds which we didn’t need. The bed was firm but comfortable. It was in good a quiet location but close to many sites and to the bus system. "
