"The location was quite good near the main street in the city center. The staff was attentive and friendly. The building was clean. The lobby was newly renovated. There was a pool but small. The breakfast buffet was pricy for Poland (50zl a person) but not too festive. The ceiling in the dinning area was stained and the ceiling tiles were broken and, some, slightly coming out (like in 1-star motel). "We had only one issue with this hotel. The room was not clean for 3 days. Receptionist didn't let me to speak and she made an excused about a wedding and never even apologised. Another thing what made me unhappy was the reservation was not made correctly and this is down to hotels.com .Majestic was not in formed about my booking."

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."
