Palaces in Lower Silesian Voivodeship

"Hotel was a great location for getting the bus from and back to Wroclaw airport, which was one of the reasons we chose it. It's a straight walk to the main square, about 10 to 15 minutes. Also a mini market across the road (and a little one in the hotel). Rooms were quiet- didn't really hear any outside noises or people in the halls. The standard room had a frige and kettle, which was handy. On check in we were advised cleaning was by request to keep it eco friendly. Fine by us and we were only staying 2 nights so didn't need it. The housekeeper did ask us when we saw her in the hall if we needed anything. Only slight negative thing i would say is that the pictures of the standard room didn't reflect what we got. The bathroom pictures were accurate but the wallpaper in the room was less modern- i guess some rooms have been upgraded. Not really an issue, just not as pictured. Would stay again! "

"Very clean, bedding and towels absolutely white and fluffy and changing every day if you want , very helpful staff and all polite and speak English well its right in center walkable anywhere . Its on quiet street so no traffic noise, air-conditioning, heated floor in the bathroom. Great roof bar in summer would be great to spend time there. We've had stayed in this hotel 3 times now and happy to come back. Only if you like your tea its no kettle in the room , but nice restaurant downstairs and outside loads cafes great prices and delicious food and cakes "

Really pleasant stay Advise if you come in from the airport via bus is have google maps on and just jump off when it gets to half a mile. Did so at 11pm and its quite safe and much easier than the instructions on the website "

"Very nice hotel with good breakfast within walking distance from Wroclaw airport. The only one minus is not comfortable bed and not sound proof doors to the room, you can hear all the time slamming doors to the rooms. "

"It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/ swimming pool so we had a lot of kit to dry as you can imagine and not enough space to dry the kit. It has a small swimming pool that is mostly occupied by kids. The hotel is kids friendly so have this in mind when booking. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is abundant In various foods from sweet to savoury. The hotel is a close proximity to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and similarly to ski slopes - it took me 35 mins to walk to Ski Arena Karpacz. I would definitely recommend it and go back.
