"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"I can live with hard beds but cold showers after spending a day on the snow is unacceptable. Plus they were cold in the morning as well. "

"Bardzo dobre śniadanie (bufet szwedzki), czysto, miła i profesjonalna osoba w recepcji. Wszystko było OK, jedynie trafiłem tym razem na pokój z utrudnionym dostępem do gniazdka. Musiałem odsuwać szafke z lampą, aby podłączyć ładowarkę telefonu. Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany."

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"Amazing hotel with spa and pool. Super buffet breakfast. Excellent reception with English speaking staff and beautiful statues. Restaurant built 100 years ago but hotel 6 years ago. Felt brand new, absolute luxury, power sockets everywhere. Recommend this hotel to everyone. Great health benefits to Heart and lungs from the air and water 👍"
