"Very nice outdoor grounds Very poor food and beverage service in main lobby Paid up for peek a boo ocean view Didn’t sit too well Nice room In room coffeemaker good but way too loud Bathroom floor slip and fall hazard No exhaust fan and plastic toilet seat ng Older granite counters in bathroom Pool beverages only by staff service very poor idea for hot climate In adequate unhelpful staff Setting so relaxing and beautiful didn’t complain but for the price we paid Came upshort."

"Our stay was amazing! I can’t say enough great things about the accommodations and the staff. The only thing I had a hard time with was the valet parking. The constant in and out every time you just want to stop by for an hour to change for dinner or something is a hassle with dropping the car off and requesting it again. Other than that it was fabulous!"

"I called, spoke with Hazel and added 1 studio to our existing Expedia reservation. She was efficient and welcoming on the phone creating excitement for our anticipated staycation. Our arrival to Napili Kai was quick, easy, and efficient. Jalin was efficient and accomodating. I asked if we could get a 3rd room and the third room located near our ocean front 2 bedroom and our other studio and she delivered. It was awesome. Very quiet, relaxing, and clean. We had breakfast at Seahouse daily...
