"We really enjoyed our stay at the ISO. The hotel met our needs for our 4 night stay. It is centrally situated so it was easy to explore. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and super friendly staff. Good dinner restaurant on property. Good selection of continental breakfast foods. Amazing sunrises! We would stay again if we come back to Kauai."

"Great price, great location, sufficient for 4 persons. Roosters were a little annoying, but you get used to them. Our Luau was only a block to the south. Great biking or hiking trail along the coast. "

"The condo was just as described and looked just like the pictures online. The views were amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunrise and whale watching from the lanai. The condo was perfectly stocked with all necessities for our stay. Khaled and Jennifer go above and beyond to make your stay perfect and are very attentive and responsive! The grounds are immaculate and the Coconut Marketplace is an added bonus! We can’t wait to come back and stay again! Definitely Mahalo!"

"We booked a beachfront room. Wonderful views and perfect for our stay. Room was fully equipped with all amenities we needed: kitchen fully stocked including coffee, laundry pods, and bathroom amenities. But the room was dirty, carpet area had sand and corners had dust and dirt. Our grandchild kept picking up stuff off the floor and putting it in his mouth. Also check-in is at 3 pm but when we arrived at 3, the room was not ready. They said it was being cleaned and they must have rushed it...
