So much to love about this place. Very low key, live music at the pool side restaurant on some nights/days. Right on the beach! Very clean and beautiful! Would love to stay hear again!

Great location!! Condo super comfortable and clean!
We really enjoyed our stay here, our 4 th tome to the island and this location is perfect for visiting all around the island. Plus the facilities are cleanand inviting. Would stay here again.

Awesome place to stay!
We stayed for 7 nights and this condo had everything we needed plus some. The location was perfect and the kids loved the pool and that it’s right off the beach. Will definitely stay here again

Amazing location
This property was perfect for our family. Last time we were in Kauai we spent so much time driving — this Location was prime. The pool was amazing, beach access was awesome. Restaurant on the property was fantastic. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Hawaii!

Perfect location on a perfect island
Beautiful condo for our family of five. High end linens, state-of-the-art kitchen in a resort with a fantastic pool and beach. It was so nice to have some extras - beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and well equipped. Location is nice, particularly being within walking distance of a grocery store and the town of Kapaa. Pool & amenities at the resort are well maintained. Communication with the owners went very smoothly.

Great condo, perfect location
We were extremely pleased with our stay. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the overall resort was beautiful. The hosts made the rental process extremely easy as well. Great to work with. Kapa’a is central to most activities on the island so the location is perfect for exploring. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great location central to all destinations, including Safeway, which was right across the street. Hosts were great to work with and the facility was in excellent condition. Lots of items in the kitchen, there wasn't anything we needed for preparing meals that wasn't available. We would highly recommend.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Beach toys, great kitchen supplies and toiletries and laundry detergent. The view of the mountains was beautiful and the balconies were all safe and comfortable. We felt at home. Simple and easy communication. I would absolutely recommend!

We loved the property. The rooms are spacious, the furniture was high quality, the kitchen awesome. A very quiet location too, if you like quiet and peace during the night. The pool amenities on the resort property were loved by the children. By the adults too! We would rent this property again without hesitation.

Great family property!
We booked a last minute trip to Kauai and were so lucky to find this gem of a place to stay. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the two bedroom condo and we loved having a full kitchen and laundry. The condo is also stocked with everything you might need- from shampoo and conditioner to beach gear (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and coolers). They also have baby gear including pack n play and high chair. Our family had so much fun in the pool and also enjoyed the restaurant. We can’t wait to go back!

Great Stay
We loved staying here!!! There was everything you could need at the condo. It was close to Safeway, a yummy shaved ice place, and shopping! It’s an easy drive to many island activities like hikes, viewing spots, etc. the host was quick with responses even though they were out of town! The pool was amazing and the kids absolutely loved swimming everyday. The only bummer was we couldn’t leave our luggage on-site for the day while we waited for our evening flight. Overall, 10/10! We would love to come back!

Awesome host!!
We had been to Kauai and this resort twice before, but not this unit; everything was described perfectly, and the pictures were accurate. The host was very responsive; we had an unexpected power outage in the area, which caused our a/c unit to get a little wonky; the host was very attentive, helping us resolve the problem, and checked back several times to ensure all was well. She even texted that we could check in early if we needed to, that was unexpected and a kind offer. I highly recommend this unit and the host!!

Great place for a family!
We loved our stay here. The location was great and my kids loved the pool, slides and the hot tubs. It is also right on the beach and has a long walking path. There is a small gym that we did use while we were there. The beach equipment in the rental was a huge plus and made it so nice to spend the day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the unit was spacious. It was also right across the street from the Safeway which was very convenient for picking up groceries. Checking in and out was very simple. Parking was also easy. It was located centrally to the north and the south end of the island. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property
We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and the unit was perfect for two couples traveling together. We each had a master bedroom on opposite sides of the unit. It was stocked with everything that we needed. There was a large kitchen that we cooked in often and a nice table on the deck to eat and play games on. The location was great, close to the airport, Safeway and other stores across the street, and a bike/walking path that goes on for miles. We enjoyed the waterslides, pools, hot tubs, and the chairs on the beach. Had dinner at the Oasis twice. The owners were easy to get a hold of and gave us all the information that we needed to make our vacation a success. We will be back!

Luxury in paradise
What a perfect experience! The resort, accommodations, communication with host, everything was just fantastic. Our host gave us some tips on places to find sea turtles, and a monk seal rested on the beach in front of the resort. Our condo was furnished with everything we needed, and then some. There was all sorts of items to use at the beach. We used the washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The resort also has bikes that could be checked out, which made for a fun day exploring. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for such a memorable experience.

Beautiful and convenient!
The unit is spacious and nicely appointed with full kitchen, laundry, 2 huge bedrooms and baths. Everything you need in the kitchen for preparing meals and lots of items for use at the beach like chairs, toys, coolers, etc. The pool is incredible! The owners were very easy to communicate with and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The only thing I wish the unit had was a better view from the balconies -- it overlooked the parking lot and shopping center across the street. However, the pool, restaurant and resort are all ON THE BEACH! Can't beat that! Wish we could have stayed longer and would DEFINITELY recommend! Thank you for an amazing week!

Kauai Stay
Condo was nice and clean, with upscale decor. There was a supply of extra things like spices and coffee filters, tea, etc. That is always nice when you are cooking. Extra things for small children needs like booster and bed, toys, etc. We added to that supply with some beach / pool toys and a booster step stool. Condo could use extra towels, especially in the kitchen area! No dishcloths and only 3 hand towels there. I would love to see a guest book or info with good eateries and hidden gems that guest sign and recommend. Stay was nice and condo was comfortable for our needs including great beds and bedding. View of the Safeway was not expected. Overall, a very nice condo. I would love to see the resort add some outdoor family / beach games to add more things to do outside. Our little guy loved to Koi pond!

Great location!
The condo is a great location! We loved being central to everything. The airport and Walmart is 10 min away, Safeway across the street. Lots of food options near by as well. The condo is very spacious! It accommodated 3 adults and 2 kids. Loved having the 3 bathrooms as well. Wished it was on the other side of building to have pool/ocean view, but we didn't spend a ton of time in the condo so it didn't bother us too much. The property is beautiful! The pool is very pretty and fun for the kids. The water was cold! There is several hot tubs though that we all enjoyed. The beach is beautiful, but the water is not swimmable. We didn't really have an issue with this, there are lots and lots of beaches to visit near by! The restaurant on site is so good. We ate there twice. farm to table food. So so good. Pricey though. Amazing vacation! We enjoyed our time so much!
