"Our room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great! Would only change the smell in our room. It smelt like a perm was done in there. Like a salon."

"We were stuck in KC during the blizzard on January 4, 2025. We were unable to get a flight out 4 days and nights. Our room was very clean and looked like it was recently remodeled. The lobby area was spacious and inviting. The breakfast area was nice and clean. In that the hotel was full of families which were also unexpectedly stranded, the breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up with needs but, overall, it was good. We particularly liked the Starbucks coffee machine that was available all day and night. Regular brew was free. But you could make macchiatos or lattes for $5 a cup. The hotel shuttle was a great plus when it was time to go to the airport. Our only complaint was that our room was next to the housekeeping staff room and across from the hotel laundry room. In the mornings, when they started their day, it could get loud outside our door. "

"Would have given 5 stars all across for the hotel except that the valet didn’t charge our EV as we requested and as they said they would. Thankfully we had access to another charger. "

"Clean and elegant luxury hotel, and as a slot machine gambler, I found the slots very giving, and didn't lose too much money!! Really entertaining, this is now perhaps my favorite casino hotel for gaming."
