"Quiet. Staff was friendly and let me check out late. Fairly clean. Questionable stains on the walls and on the floor but at least the bed was clean. Bath was good. Not too many places to eat in the area. Hakurakuten nearby had good food and the staff was nice. "

"This was a very strange place. It is rather isolated and the rooms are not in an enclosed structure rather it has several floors around an open courtyard - reminded me of a prison building. This was fine in the summer but would be cold in the winter. "Overall, a very good hotel in a great location across from the main train station and within walking distance to old Hakata town/neighborhoods with many temples. Also, close to many dining and shopping places. Hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable with great service. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel."

"Overall, my experience was great here. The location is walking distance for major shopping zones, public transportation, and local yatai hubs. The staff were super friendly, and helpful. The room amenities were great. I was doing the diamond tour of Japan as a first time visitor. So, I went from Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and finally to Fukuoka. It was only at Tokyu Stay that my room gave me access to a microwave, and laundry machine. This helps alleviate the burden of having to take care of these daily action items while on vacation. With such easy access to such amenities, you get to get back to enjoying your vacation that much faster. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend/family member? Definitely. Thanks so much, Tokyu Stay Staff!"

"A very nice hotel. Room is not very big but somehow felt spacious, especially comparing with topical Japanese hotel rooms. The front deck lady was super nice and helpful. Breakfast has high rating, but I found was OK. Love the lobby and the wall paper in the room, which make the hotel special."
