"A cute little house close to everywhere we wanted to go. Seems much bigger on the inside than the outside! You can tell the house is old, but everything has been updated. The rooms were all pleasantly decorated and comfortable, and the laundry room was convenient. Something kept beeping occasionally in the kitchen and we couldn't tell where it was, but it was more a curiosity than an annoyance. Will probably stay here again if needed. "

"Everything was perfect. We were down to feed a team for the Shakespeare competition and wanted a kitchen to be able to prep before taking stuff over. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. It worked perfectly. While we spent most of our time at the competition, the house was in a great location, to food, shopping, the college, everything, so it made it that much easier when we had to run home to grab food, or to drop it back off. "We had a great time staying at this house for a MTB weekend event. The layout was nice and it had everything we needed. When we contacted the host about the water not being very hot, they responded right away and were able to get it resolved very quickly. We would certainly stay there again."

"Check out time of 10:00am was a little ridiculous, overall the property was nice, very clean and fully furnished. Lack of parking due to so many townhouses in the same complex. Cleaning fee was a little higher then most places for you have to technically clean before you leave. Host fee the same. Real high for what the host actually does. "

"We decided to stay here to save on our Zion/Bryce trip. We rented a car from Vegas. It was about 2.5 hrs. to get to the rental. To Zion visitor center was just under an hour. Bryce was about 2 hrs. Those were long days but so worth it. The property is beautiful and surrounded by mountains, I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. The stars were out and the moon was large over the mountains. The best surprise for me was Kolob at sunset. Kolob is a great national park with a scenic drive...

"Zion’s Roost was a perfect cozy place to stay when we explored southern Utah. It was in the perfect location when we visited Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the Candy Cliffs. The house was immaculate, perfectly stocked,and meticulously organized. Zion’s Roost completely met our needs on our vacation. David was a very gracious host who went out of his way to help us with the sites in Zion and other local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Huge basement apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit. 4 bedrooms and lots of extra space to spread out for our teen boys. Foosball was a hit and the family room was very comfortable. Jennifer did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. "
