"This is a quaint, older property in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to SUU and the Shakespeare theaters. We stayed in the basement Beatrice room. It looks just like the pictures on the website. Beds were comfy and we didn’t hear any noise from upstairs until around 8 am as they were setting up for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious! Vegetable frittata, sausage, homemade yogurt and granola. "We decided to stay here to save on our Zion/Bryce trip. We rented a car from Vegas. It was about 2.5 hrs. to get to the rental. To Zion visitor center was just under an hour. Bryce was about 2 hrs.
