"We were in Cedar City for a conference so we really only needed a place to sleep, but this was perfect! It was just a mile or so from our conference. It smelled clean when we walked in, and it definitely was. It's in a college area, so there was the smallest bit of traffic in the mornings. The people living upstairs have dogs who seemed to get startled and barked both nights, but only for just a minute. "We had a great stay while in town for a soccer tournament. Shelby was great and responded quickly to a question I had. Parks are so close you can walk and we had quick access to restaurants.
