"Sama Sama Hotel KL proved to be an absolute winner for our brief overnight stay in Kuala Lumpur. Arriving late on an international flight, the convenience of the shuttle bus from Terminal 2 was a welcome relief. Even though our visit was a quick turnaround – arriving late one night and departing the following afternoon – the staff made us feel like valued, long-term guests. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth were truly remarkable. The hotel offers a convenient golf cart service to navigate the grounds and reach the dining options swiftly. While locating the collection point upon check-in could have been clearer, this minor detail didn't detract from the overall positive experience. For us, the standout features were the excellent facilities and the incredibly spacious and clean rooms. After a long journey, having such a comfortable and well-maintained space to relax in was exactly what we needed. "Excellence on all accounts! Front desk and staff friendly, professional, attentive, helpful, doing their very best so that the stay would be first class. And the ecofriendliness (especially in terms of avoiding plastic) was brought to highest standards, including a special tap in the bathroom for filtered water. Moreover a genious way of encouraging guest to save the planet was introduced - if the guest relinquished housekeeping (change of bedsheets towels etc ) for a day you got a voucher to the vending machine in the lobby. The room standard excellent, clean, spacey, great amenities. Breakfast included a vast variety of delicious foods from various food cultures. The excellent standard of staff was further shown when I had forgotten my phone charger in the room upon checkout and when I came back one week later and told I had most likely forgotten it, it was easily found in the registry for lost and found - and in just 10 minutes it was delivered to me! And the location is excellent!!! I so much loved the service and conditions so much that I decided to come back for a night on my return (just one night plus half a day) journey to Kuala Lumpur. And will definitely come back next time again."

"Great property! We used this as a day room as we had a long layover in KL. The hotel is literally outside the airport and in the KLIA shopping mall. Easy to access and quick checkin. The room was large and super comfortable. They give you lots of little extras in the room so you don't need to carry much. Remember it is part of the Plaza Premium Lounge so if you have access to these lounges, you can grab free food and drink from the lounge. The train to KL city is literally there and it takes you to straight to the Sentral. Worked perfectly for us."
