"Hotel is close to shopping in Bukit Bintang and is, thankfully, a little bit away fromthe busy/noisy part of the area. We were able to walk to the Petronas Towers via the sky bridge that was close by. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would stay here again."

"The staff at the hotel were always so polite and helpful. Our phones were not working and a person came up within minutes to see to it. Unfortunately it is maintenance that lets it down a little eg water in shower not draining, toilet flush somewhat temperamental, electric socket board in bedsifg=de table on right of bed not working."

The lobby is a sight in itself, the service is attentive and charming, the room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the city. "We only stayed for a very short period but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size with very comfortable bed, and the overall look was modern and well maintained. The pool is great especially at night. Location for KLIA is perfect, very short transfer and the hotel has a shuttle service. The location just 5 minutes by foot from Nu Sentral the Mall with lots's of retail and F & B choices but a bit further away from the train station and using a taxi or hail ride if advisable if you have luggage. Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC.
