"We had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind and understanding! Anything we asked for was accommodated by them. We stayed here for two weeks, we asked for extra stuff and every other day house cleaning, they did not hesitate re this. The amenities in this building was beyond our expectation especially the pool area was luxury. The most famous mall Pavalion mall was literally 7 mins walk from our apartment and so much more the area offers...

"everything is lousy. tissue not refilled on most days. even if it is, it's only 8 pieces. air con is leaking. tv is not working. sofa is dirty. toilet has flies everywhere. lobby is hot n stuffy, no friendly staff at reception."

"Advertisements very misleading.... the apartments not under Berjaya Group, Thought I got myself a very good deals compared to hotel website but little did I know... Rooms badly maintained though spacious. Pillows and toiletries were pathetic. No phones. Housekeeping on alternate days unless upon request!"
