"There was a severe lack of services to fix problems identified in the apartment. The wifi was not working in either of the rooms and all we were told is it couldn't be fixed. We also had to pay extra money for towels that we wanted to use at the pool. Those towels were taken from us during the 1 in 3 day room cleaning services. I ask for them back but no attempt was made to provide them. "

"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

The hotel will not assist you nor provide you same services. Check in is across the road in an office where you need to climb steps with your luggage and there is no safe or secure place to leave it, not an elevator.
