"Stay was comfortable. I checked during AM hr. and the front desk receptionist “AYU”, welcomed me with a warm smile. She was very helpful. The checkout in the early morning was smooth. I Didn't get the receptionist name, but she had a smile and thanked me for staying."

"This hostel is in a pretty good location, close to a lot of restaurants, easy walk to the nearest subway station (Bugis), and within walking distance of some attractions. The hostel itself is pretty basic, the beds are pretty private with the curtains, which is nice, but there is no kitchen or main common area besides the rooftop deck. "It’s such a shame because the staff here are extremely helpful and welcoming but this hostel is not clean at all. I’ve stayed at many hostels in Singapore but I cannot recommend this one. Beds are very uncomfortable, no windows, toilets and showers are in same room so toilet is constantly soaked, many insects crawling walls. Once again, it’s such a shame this hosel is like his as owners are so kind."
