"Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The check in was unbelievably friendly and efficient. The girls were so lovely. The rooms were so comfortable and welcoming. Extremely clean and beds and pillowed so soft. Heaven!!!! There is a fantastic Starbucks right next door. The friendliest staff you will ever find. A 1 min walk from a main exit of Hakata station. Location can’t be beaten. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 "

"Honestly, it was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Get a ClubRoom. It comes with breakfast, food throughout the day, access to they gym, and access to a simply amazing gym. It's also really centrally located, across the street from Nakasu island, next to Canal City, and around the corner from a really convenient metro station. The people are lovely. "

The hotel itself is very artsy and expressive complete with a shared kitchen and laundry services along with a bar all on the reception floor which is located on the 3rd floor. The room was cleaned and well designed, one of the best parts was the blackout curtains! "
