"Really a great change from the Kona beach experience. The Jungalow is really comfortable and well equipped. My family and I really felt at home, and loved the cool, misty mornings with the chickens and pheasants in the front yard adding a comical touch to morning coffee. I'm sorry we didn't stay a few extra days just to hang around the property. The neighborhood is great, my teenager is trying to get me to move here!"

The kitchen is well appointed as is the open design living and dining room. Having access to a full size washer and dryer is a huge bonus given the amount of rain on this side of the island. The 3 bedrooms have comfy beds and linens. The towels in the 2 bathrooms were plush and absorbent. There is a skylight or something above the bed in the bedroom with the en-suite...

"We arrived to this lovely property in the afternoon. The host was very prompt with communication replies. The property itself was great. Lovely weather - it rained at night, but the covered walkway from the bedroom to the bathroom and kitchen kept us dry. The hot water outdoor shower was very nice. We used the coffee machine to make coffee. The internet was fast and usable for remote work. There is a little fridge we used to cool drinks. The queen size bed was very comfortable and clean. ...

The jungle atmosphere and the sounds at night were amazing! We like to take the road less traveled so we loved the location being far from tourists. We loved getting up and driving local roads and finding hidden gems. I wish I had three hands so I could give the stay and my host three thumbs up! "
