"beautiful hotel in a safe but not walkable area. service was great and friendly but you can't control the room temperature yourself--you have to call the front desk. about 10-15 min walk to a cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants and a metro station. "

"I liked the shops around the hotel but it is a very noisy place and difficult to get public transportation. "

"The model service was good. The staff helped me book my taxi when i airport transfer didn't arrive. My only complaint is that the lights in the the room was not bright enough, though the lighting does give the room a different mood and feel."
