"Overall rating, is a 4.5 not a 5! They need phones in the room period!!! I shouldn’t have to get out of my room and take the elevator to speak to reception about towels, heat or etc. it’s really annoying to get out of your room for help or assistance! Other than that , an exceptional hotel to stay! Helen is really helpful at the hotel!! Just keep a phone in the room or a text service on the iPad which is provided in each room!!"

"A very well placed hotel with great amenities. The pizza machine was fascinating. Sadly, one of the bar staff (male) was quite condescending to one of the newer female bar staff. She was doing a good job given she was only 3 days in, he wasn’t very polite to her, it was a shame to see. "
