"Firstly, parking. You have to get a ticket from the barrier (but it doesn't always work) so you then have to argue with reception via intercom to open the gate because you are literally waiting on the road blocking the bike lane, causing an obstruction. This happened to us upon entry into the car park. After we got our ticket from reception we could come and go as we pleased but even then coming back into the car park was a challenge each time - i had to help the cars in front of me figure it...

"The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in. "

"Fabulous location in the heart of the city. 10 minute walk from the Central train station. Our room was a good size and breakfast had a decent choice of continental items. If you opt to not have your room cleaned they will give you a voucher for a free drink in the bar. I would highly recommend this hotel :) "
