"Intrigued by the nose bears, but mostly ready to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the place, I was working in the area this week and took the opportunity to stay here for a second time. Friendly staff, good food, hundreds of elephants and a beautiful setting are all an attraction. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here as often as I have opportunity. An old water mill, this hotel/ inn is owned and run by a wonderful Danish eccentric - I hope she wouldn't mind me calling her that, but where else would...

"Situated with views of the beautiful countryside and sunsets. The owners really care about their hotel and it shows they their friendliness and helpfulness. It is very clean, neat, tidy & safe. The meals are all just fabulous. I can highly recommend the fish and vegetables! On a main road yet extremely quiet. Close to a bus stop or plenty of off street free parking. A five minute drive to the famous Bork Vikingmuseet."

"You will not be disappointed with your stay here. It has a feeling of opulence with it's large period decor rooms and four poster beds. Our apartment had three large bedrooms and fully kitted kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a free standing bath and a separate shower too. They lounge dinner again was lovely and spacious. The receptionist was so helpful and it was her first day working there but was so very attentive. The staff should be congratulated for their hardwork as it really shows....

"Great little hotel in a really nice location. Stayed for one night as we were just passing through, but the room was large and comfortable, staff were great and food was excellent. We were on a fully loaded up motorbike so the big cobbles in the car park raised the pulse slightly, but thankfully it was dry.
