"Great clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast and a lovely view from the restaurant. Easy to check in and out. The room was well suited to work in on a laptop in. However, it was very hot in the room and we couldn't find a way to turn down the heat. It was too noisy from the street outside to sleep with the windows open even though we were on the 9th floor."

"The heating didn’t work which seems rather strange. The solution was fine, though: all I had to do was tell the reception and they supplied a portable electric heater which was very adequate."

When I got to the hotel, although I could open the box, the keys were not there. Another couple who were staying there said the same had happened to them and gave me the contact telephone number. When I called, it was a prerecorded message in Danish, but no one answered. I was locked out of the hotel with no idea...
