Sustainable hotel with luxury experience
Wonderful facility with comfortable and modern amenities. The hotel fits in with the nearby industrial harbor environment as well as providing an inviting and pleasant atmosphere. The location is convenient to walk or bike to restaurants or the old town. We appreciated the many ways the hotel is operating sustainably including the keyless door system. We would stay here again.

The staff at Pier 5 were fantastic! The room was comfortable and clean, the tv had the mirroring function so we weren’t beholden to watching shows in Danish, a language we don’t know. Being right on the water was wonderful, there are great paths along the waterfront, good restaurants nearby, and historic sights within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

We found our room very hot and noisy. On the first floor the traffic woke us up on each morning. No window blinds which ment no privacy. Block across the road could see straight in.

Beware of hidden costs.
The hotel was really nice. It was the hidden fees that bothered us. It cost us $20 to park the car overnight. Breakfast cost us $50 ($25 a piece) even though hotels.com said there was only a fee for breakfast on weekends. We were there on a Tuesday. The breakfast buffet was good, but not worth that price. Hardly any fruit. The staff was kind. The room was small but nice.

Dejligt hotel, og meget venligt personale. Vi har været der flere gange, og har altid haft en god oplevelse. Men denne gang fik vi værelse 9, som ikke havde en King-size seng, og som ligger ovenover vareindleveringen, og på gangen hvor personale “rummet” er , og da døren ud til gangen, ikke lukker tæt ned til gulvet, har man al støjen, både fra gangen , hvor der både er trafik fra personale og gæster fra de andre værelser, oveni støjen fra p pladsen ved vareindleveringen. Der er ingen. Ro på værelset, og det er synd, da resten er så godt.
