"Overall the room was quite comfortable although there was a lot of noise at times coming through the walls (sounded like plumbing). Mostly level walk to Shin-Osaka station plus there were nearby restaurants, supermarkets and a few laundromats despite being on the quieter side of the station. We liked the suburban feel to the area and would consider staying here again!"

"The property was large and opulent and they kindly upgraded out room which had a beautiful view. The room was comfortable and quiet and the bed was the best we'd slept in while in Japan. But having just come from hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto, in comparison the Hankyu seemed like a throwback to an earlier time. "The hotel is within walkable distance from shin- osaka station. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the size of the hotel room is commentable. Bonus is kids can see the shinkensen track from the window of our hotel room. Overall, its a very comfortable stay and we will surely come back again"

"3 month old impeccable hotel that is located super close to the Osaka City Station! The rooms still smell new and I was on the 16th floor, top notch with a city view as well! The staff, all of them were so attentive and caring - just world class service! Highly recommend this Hilton for sure!! "

"Good location, very near to Shin Osaka train station. There are a few convenience stores and restaurants nearby. A very big life supermarket just 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was very good. Room is quite small but overall, value for money. Will not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip. "

"There are so many small things that make this hotel great! It's convenient to do your own laundry here with a change machine located near the laundromat. The massage chairs feel fantastic after a long day on your feet. The food at both of the restaurants is delicious. There are many elevators so you never have to wait long. The rooms are wonderful! Small, but very well designed and super comfortable! I had a great view of USJ from my window and was never too bothered with outside noise. This is the best hotel I've stayed at and for a very good price!"

"Staff was always friendly and greeted me. Also kindly showed me the proper behavior in the lobby, I thought I was able to sit in the lobby and eat my onigiri, but it appeared to be bad manners. I learned immediately and went somewhere else to finish it. I think as a foreigner it is also difficult to know all the etiquette, so I am glad to learn and change immediately. The facility is also very clean with all the ammenities that I want. "

"Great hotel that's right across the street from Dotonbori. As far as the room goes, my room was nice and spacious for a single bed. It was clean, the room amenities was adequate, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Good price considering how close it is to Dotonbori. I would stay here again if I ever go back to stay in Osaka. "
