"Amazing property. Near everything in the city Centre. Came to watch a Newcastle United Match all the way from the U.S. easy access to the metro from The airport. Walked the whole city at all hours and always felt safe. Hotel was clean. Quiet. And had an amazing restaurant and bar. 10/10 coming back! "

Room was very comfortable, the only point i would say is that i couldnt switch the room lights on and off from the bed, just the lamps, you have to get up and go to each light and lamp to turn them off, the rooms arent small by the way. "We were 4 mature Rugby supporters from Newport staying in Newcastle for a European Cup rugby match. We were looking for a hotel near the centre and this fitted the bill perfectly. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and perfectly adequate for 3 nights stay. Breakfast was very good and well stocked with the usual food from the continental menu or the English choice and you could have as much as you wanted. Location was easy to walk around city centre and 5 mins to central station. "

"It does not have a frontage and reception is on the second floor which is different. It was immaculate and easy to get around. Substantial breakfast It was my first visit,I will definitely return."
