"Lovely hotel with clean rooms and impeccable decor. We really enjoyed the Shamiana restaurant for Breakfast & Lunch as well. It’s also a lot more affordable than some of the other 5-star hotels in the area. The only thing to watch out for is their travel/taxi service managed by Ali & Fahad. They tried to scam us knowing well we were foreigners and charge you a super premium on every ride. Avoid them under all circumstances as they take advantage of outsiders. "First time staying in this area, and it was a perfect location for what I needed. Staff were great and very helpful with anything I needed. Managed to check in early due to arriving early that day. This is right next to a Metro station so you can use this or the Tram to get into the Marina & JBR, or walk across the Bridge and into the Marina & JBR by foot. Was a short trip so didn’t get to use the facilities but will stay again as reasonably priced with great facilities and transport links."
