"Not a terrible place to stay, nothing extremely bad about the hotel in general it’s spacious nice and safe etc. however, had to keep calling to ask for toilet roll and towels etc as they were not putting enough in the rooms, they also don’t change the bedding to fresh bedding everytime they clean… you have to ask for them to put fresh bedding on. The shower is not very warm or nice to shower in as the pressure is not good. The staff are friendly and welcoming, it’s about a 40 minute walk to the JBR which we did not mind as it was a nice walk and we got used to it straight away. "

"The hotel and the apartment room is clean and quiet. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay again at this hotel on my next trip to Dubai. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable."
