"Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch."

"The hotel staff were very pleasant, my room was very spacious. Nice hot shower and deep bath tub. The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter for applying makeup. Great location downtown, not far from most attractions. Dubai Mall very close. The hotel could do a better job of providing more healthy items on the Lemon Peel menu. There were a lot of fried food pre battered items and breaded fried items. The chef served me yogurt instead of Baba Ganoush without any warning, I guess...

"All the staff were very friendly, especially the Naem, Mohammed and Novi and all the rest of the staff in the restaurant. They always greeted us especially our 9 month old baby who was always so happy to see everyone at breakfast and dinner. If we called for more water or towels to our room it would arrive within a few minutes. The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk to the Dubai mall but also restaurants nearby. it is a good location as things are not too far by taxi. Overall great experience "
