"The best thing about this hotel is the service. Nothing is too much for the hotel staff, and they always seem happy to help. Room was comfortable but let in a lot of noise from outside. The breakfast options are limited but what is on offer was nice. The only slight annoyance was that when we arrived my room was ready but if I wanted to access my room before the ‘official check in time’ of 2pm then I would need to pay 20€. "This was going to be a much higher rated review due to the value this room had and its location to the metro, however, on our last night, someone entered our room during the day while we were gone (with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door handle), turned off the A/C and took the remote for the A/C.
