The property condition is average. We stayed two nights. Beddings were not changed. Room was not cleaned and we saw two cockroaches in the room. It was the most expensive hotel in the area… €188 a night with poor service. It needs to improve.

Our stay was comfortable. The hotel is well located in the heart of the city, easily accessible to the Buda side. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience.
