"The room was very quiet which was very important for me to get over jet lag from long travels there. The breakfast was excellent and is a buffet. The staff was very helpful with everything except the second day they failed to give me a wake up call. Thankfully, I was already up and did not miss a flight for example. She wrote the time and room number on a little slip of paper rather than putting it into the computer. That was the only issue. You can walk to some nice restaurants, a good exchange...

"Lovely hotel. Very central and easy to get around as there are busses and metro nearby as well as the hop on hop off bus. I had a comfort room, which was spotless and very spacious although the view was the back of the building! The shower was amazing. I wasn’t so keen on the breakfast as there wasn’t a huge amount of choice. The hot food was very limited and always cold! I would definitely stay here again but not have the breakfast. "The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit! "I stayed there for a week for business meetings. Good value for money. Very simple but comfortable and clean. The breakfast had many options including several types of cheese and hot and cold foods, etc. Clean and staff are friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to turn off the techno dance music during breakfast hours. Also the TV screen in the dining area tuned to the MTV channel sometimes shows images that may not be the most family friendly, so perhaps changing it to a travel channel...
