"Nice clean tidy hotel.Charging for smaller items such as a bottle of water seems very mean.,then insisting on cash to pay for it as well as the breakfast was a real pain. The breakfast was actually very nice but finding the cash an unnecessary."

"Good location for Metro and trams etc. Room 609 was far too hot on a night so had to sleep with windows open (23-27th Dec) and we were on a busy main rd side so sleep wasnt great. Hotel itself is good, food great, staff great, facilities great. Upstairs restaurant and bar is expensive but downstairsis good. Would stay here again. Bianca was extremely helpful and very friendly. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the local area is lovely and you can walk to all the main sites. The only let down was the breakfast, especially if you get there from 9.30am onwards. We would definitely stay here again. "

"What a perfect apartment for our holiday! Big and spacious by European standards. Clean and bright. Only 15-20 min walk from the downtown core. Few minutes walk from the mall which has a grocery store in it. Perfect fit sticking up the kitchen. The maid came to clean twice which was a nice surprise, as other aparthotels I’ve booked had no maid service. The shower is a little aggressive so it took a day or two to figure out how to not flood the bathroom- minor detail. The staff were lovely and...
