"My sisters and I loved the place and loved the location. 10 minutes to the town and 10 minutes to shopping and many wineries along the way. The host was terrific. When we had a little trouble with getting in to the house he couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Three bedrooms, two big bathrooms and a beautiful backyard. The house was very clean and welcoming. Will come back and stay again. "

"Home was very nice. Owners have taken the time to make sure that you have everything that you need. We were very impressed with all the little details that were thought of. From directions on how to use the appliances to pictures of the layout of each floor to makeup towelettes in the bathrooms. The owner was also prompt in answering our text when the power went out soon after we arrived. This home is a great for larger families or groups and in a very nice neighborhood. "Our family of 4 adults and 2 children loved everything about our stay at the Summerhill House. House was a perfect size for our family. The kitchen was very spacious, the bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect for us and we enjoyed having the game room and front porches. The location was great for touring town, visiting the many wineries and taking several drives to the Falls. We hope to return again soon."

"The house was perfect for our three couples. Each had their own bathroom, the beds were comfy and the house had plenty of seating to relax on and hang out. The surprise was the beautiful garden in the backyard that seemed to go on and on. The WeGo bus was approximately a 15 minute walk but wasn’t bad even with luggage. Would stay again!"

"Suite was clean and comfortable. There is insufficient noise barriers between units, so we found it noisy till about 11 p.m. Water has high sulpher content, but owner supplied plenty of drinking water... would be helpful if there was a note by the tap directing people to the drinking water. "

"There was not an iron or ironing board or blow dryer. Host was quick to get the iron and ironing board. We didn’t bother him with blow dryer missing. Some cable or local TV stations would have been nice. Smart TV but nothing local. Entry going upstairs could have been cleaner"
