"Easy access to the lobby by GrabCar, and check-in was fast. Stayed one night in a Studio Executive. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Aircon was strong and cold, the shower had warm water, and amenities included a toothbrush, toothpaste, and clean towels. Bed was fresh and comfy. Didn’t use the kitchen equipment, but overall, a great stay."

"Check in process was very slow. Even though there were 3 person in front of me. The whole check in process took me half an hour. Room had a smell but it was gone after awhile. Housekeeping was very slow. Was out for a couple of hours, when I came back, the room was not tidied up. But the staff were all very nice and smiley."

"Location: 10/10 (located st KSL shoping mall itself). Corner room 2025 was fine, except the bathtub was chocked resultihg in wayer not flowing out. Free parking"

"Its best if you have your own car when staying at this hotel. There is not much amenities around the hotel. But its 5-10 mins drive to Austin area, where there are plenty of eateries. The room itself is quite ok, given its not too expensive. The breakfast buffet is quite limited, the nasi lemark is not too bad. Its a golf trip for us, out all day, so didn't really get to use the hot spring. "
