However there were no response from them at all (despite the info provided is to request at least 24 hours in advance). "Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "

"Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out."

"Very expensive for one night.the amenities is disappointed as we expect more. Don’t have wifi, the water pipe came out very slow and little. Not just that the house have a lot dust. The price for the homestay is not worth it for me to pay rm420 just for one night and for such price I expect more than that. Hopefully can get half refund for that."
