"TOO old and no so clean"

"A good place to stay with friendly hotel staff. Davey the receptonist was very nice and accommodating.The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. There were 2 shopping malls within walking distance and those that were not, I rode with InDrive which was much cheaper then Grab. Plenty of street food shops around the hotel and very cheap. I would stay here again. Thank you Belllo Hotel."

"The hotel was great, room was large and comfortable and the staff in particular was amazing - friendly and professional. The biggest drawback is the hotel's location, surrounded by construction and it's not a particularly convenient or walkable area. You'll need transport to get anywhere."

"Stayed 4 nights. First of all I booked this hotel for it's proximity to many food options and good location. However, there are a few defects in the room which I like to highlight here. Firstly, the safe is not working on once I checked in, secondly the dressing table chair is dislodged and it is a safety hazard. Lastly the water basin is leaking but still manageable. Not being picky for the price paide but might be a major issue to picky travellers. "

"Checked in later than 3pm. Was assigned with an untidy room. The staff quickly replaced the room for a better one. A bit disappointed with the hotelier not replying my message. I asked if they have clothes iron. Ended up bringing my own but they already have one in their closet. Waste of energy imo. I like the bathroom shower though. I award the hotel 3 stars out of 5.
